Yoga Classes with Rach

Gentle and grounding classes for living well day-to-day. Combining functional movement with mindfulness practices; breath connection, yoga philosophy, rest and relaxation.

Yoga with Rach:  What to expect?

Rachel teaches gentle classes with accessible movement and yoga postures, encouraging exploration, steadiness, and relaxation. Mindful practices invite us to connect with and regulate our breathing, calming for body and mind. Rachel introduces ancient yoga philosophy, making it relevant for day-to-day living, as well as playful invitations to tune into your experience and time to rest and relax. All elements of each class are designed to support our wellbeing, both on and off the yoga mat.

Classes are held in community venues and outdoor spaces where we enjoy natural light, the presence of nature, a sense of community and plenty of space. 

Rachel includes modified postures and shares options for people to make the practice their own. These are gentle classes and we are passionate about creating a welcoming, inclusive space and practice. Classes are suitable for people of all ages 18+, genders and experience, bringing together folks who are new to yoga or would like to refresh their practice, as well as regular practitioners who enjoy an inclusive, local class.
