Gathering, walks and being with nature

Inspired by the wisdom of earthly living.
โGather, connect and come to know the natural world around us. We begin to slow down and take notice, with practices encouraging us to journey deeper, rekindling our relationship with ourselves, our environment and one another. Discover how and why connecting with nature in these ways can support both our wellbeing and the health of our environment.
On this page you'll find Wellbeing and Nature programmes, woodland and community walks, collaborations with conservation and healthcare organisations, as well as Nature and Health training courses for facilitators.
If you're looking for something you can't find, or would like to collaborate, please get in touch.

Nature, Health and Wellbeing Facilitator
For as long as I can remember, I've been exploring our relationship with the natural environment and opportunities to come together, connect and care for nature and one another. Whilst working at the Wildlife Trusts delivering Wellbeing with Nature, Greencare and Conservation programmes, I trained as an accredited Nature and Health Facilitator and collaborate with Natural Academy to train people in the NatureWell approach, supporting people and nature to recover and flourish together. I continue to study, research, learn about and put nature connection and holistic approaches to living into practice, collaborating with the NHS, the Woodland Trust, the Land Trust, Cheshire Wildlife Trust, community groups, TCV and others. To get a taste of some of the courses I've delivered, see my story highlights @riseandwild.
