𝐀 𝐫𝐞𝐠𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐫 𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐟𝐮𝐥𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐩𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐩 𝐭𝐨 𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐞 𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐩𝐡𝐲𝐬𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐰𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐛𝐞𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐦 𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐲 𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐬, 𝐫𝐞𝐠𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬, 𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐩 𝐭𝐨 𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐞 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬. Practice slowing down, being in the moment and awaken your senses. These friendly, community sessions are held at a nature reserve over two hours and invite you to explore nature and the reserve in new ways, supporting our health and wellbeing through the seasons. Mindfully wild sessions are suitable for both beginners and people who have a regular mindfulness practice. 𝐃𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬: Thursday 19 February, 11am - 1pm. Thursday 26 March, 11am - 1pm. Thursday 23 April, 11am - 1pm, Thursday 21 May, 11am - 1pm. Thursday 19 June 2026, 11am - 1pm 𝐂𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐛𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠: These sessions are fully funded and free to attend through the Green Angels programme. Cancellation Policy
For classes, courses, and workshops organised by Rise and Wild, you may cancel a booking 14 days or more before its start date and receive a refund. For cancellations within 14 days of the start date, a refund will not be available unless there is a waiting list and your booking can be transferred to another person. In the case of a booking being transferred, a full refund will be made. Rise and Wild reserves the right to cancel in the event of illness or exceptional circumstances that mean we are unable to offer the event as advertised, including if there are insufficient numbers booked for it to be commercially viable. In this case, a full refund will be offered. Thank you for your support.
