𝐉𝐨𝐢𝐧 𝐑𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐥 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐚 𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐥𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦 𝐨𝐟 𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐟𝐮𝐥 𝐦𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐰𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐞 𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐢𝐫 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐛𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞. These classes are designed to help our bodies feel a little more at ease, combining slow movement with guided relaxation and simple breathing practices to settle the mind. They are suitable for beginners and people of all ages, with poetry, yoga philosophy and a light-hearted approach sprinkled throughout. All elements of the class are invitational and suitable for anybody who would like to try it once or join a regular practice. Please wear comfy clothes and some layers (it can feel a little chilly in the church when the temperature outside drops). No need to bring a mat - everything is provided. We meet at 10am in the main Hall at Holy Trinity Church, Pedley Hill, Rainow, SK10 5TZ. You are welcome to stay for a brew and biscuit afterward at the weekly Cosy Cuppa in the church centre. Cancellation Policy
A full refund will be available for cancellations with more than 14 days' notice before the start date of a class. For cancellations within 14 days of the start date, a refund will not be available unless there is a waiting list and your booking can be transferred to another person. Rise and Wild reserves the right to cancel a class in the event of illness or exceptional circumstances that mean we are unable to offer the event as advertised, including if there are insufficient numbers booked for it to be commercially viable. In this case, a full refund will be provided. Thank you for your support.
