Chair-based Yoga ~ Tuesdays 10.15am

Event Description

Join Rachel for a gentle form of mindful movement while sitting and using a chair for balance. These classes are designed to support our bodies at any age to feel a little more at ease, and include guided relaxation and simple breathing practices to settle the mind as well as our body. All elements of the class are invitational and suitable for anybody who would like to give it a go or join a regular practice. Please wear comfy clothes and a couple of layers as it can feel a little chilly in the church when the temperature outside drops. We begin at 10.15am at Holy Trinity Church, Pedley Hill, Rainow, SK10 5TZ. You are welcome to stay on for a brew and biscuit afterwards at our "cosy cuppa" in the church centre. Cancellation Policy

For classes, courses, retreats or events organised by Rise and Wild, you may cancel any booking 14 days or more before its start date and receive a full refund. For cancellations within 14 days of the start date, a refund will not be available unless there is a waiting list and your booking can be transferred to another person. In the case of a booking being transferred, a full refund will be made. Rise and Wild reserves the right to cancel a class, course or retreat in the event of exceptional circumstances that mean we are unable to offer the event as advertised or if there are insufficient numbers booked on for it to be commercially viable. In this case, a full refund will be offered.
