Wilder Ground:
Restore with nature

Eucalyptus Branch Illustration

Join us this Spring for a nourishing day with nature. An invitation to remember the natural rhythm of being and at the end of the day, return home rooted.

Join us for a day of grounding practices and a feast for your senses, including a two-course woodland lunch. We will share stories of place, explore age-old ways to nurture our wellbeing, and tend to our roots in the woodland. Gather around fire, find space under open skies, and if you wish, end the day with a dip in a beautiful, natural lake.

Meet nature, explore movement, and lean into rest, whilst disconnecting from technology & to-do lists. Meet yourself where you're at, and return to wilder ground.

As wild as the woods are, we have a compost loo and cabin to retreat to if the rain or wind join us.

We keep our gatherings small so that we can connect as a group whilst protecting the land. The woods are family-managed and closed to the public (there will be no other people passing through).

Let's find medicine in moss and sunlight and earthly living. Walk barefoot! Eat seasonal food that's been cooked with care for planet and people. Meet ourselves through embodied movement... Choosing nurture and rest. Swim or spend time near the lake.

Embrace
a day without screens, technology or to-do lists, and return home rooted.

"Thank you for such a magical day. It was so peaceful, calming and restorative. I was completely present in the moment, not thinking of anything else...a rarity! I felt so relaxed when I got home and slept so deeply. It was a lovely, small group and a very special location - a wonderful experience."
