The Wild Ways:
A Summer Day

Eucalyptus Branch Illustration

There's an ancient woodland not far from here, calling your name. A whisper, carried on the wind, with invitation to a summer day. A place to gather, remember and ignite a wilder way...

Join us for a day of grounding practices and a feast for your senses, including a two-course seasonal lunch. We will share stories of place, explore age-old ways, and tend to our roots in the woodland, around fire, and if you wish, ending the day with a swim in the lake.

Under green canopies and summer skies, we will rest, disconnect from technology, and rekindle a deeper connection with joy, one another, and the nature of our being.

As wild as the woods are, we have a compost loo and cabin to retreat to if the rain or wind comes.

We keep our gatherings small so that we can connect as a group whilst protecting the land. The woods are family-managed and closed to the public (there will be no other people passing through).

Let's find medicine in moss and sunlight and earthly living. Walk barefoot! Eat food that's been cooked with love over fire. Meet ourselves through embodied movement... Choosing nurture and rest. Swim or spend time near the lake.

Embrace
a day without screens, technology or to-do lists, and return home rooted.

"Thank you for such a magical day. It was so peaceful, calming and restorative and Rachel & Sophie brought such great energy. I was completely present in the moment, not thinking of anything else...a rarity! I felt so relaxed when I got home and slept so deeply. It was a lovely, small group and a very special location - a wonderful experience."
