𝐉𝐨𝐢𝐧 𝐑𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐥 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐚 𝐠𝐮𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐝 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐫 𝐚𝐟𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐨𝐨𝐧 𝐰𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐚𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐓𝐞𝐠𝐠'𝐬 𝐍𝐨𝐬𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐲 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐤, 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐦𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐩𝐚𝐮𝐬𝐞, 𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐝 𝐰𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐬𝐞 𝐝𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐫 𝐝𝐚𝐲𝐬. Would you like the opportunity to slow down, to be present, connect with nature's rhythm & a small group of lovely, local folk? The time is now! As the weather changes, these wanders are an opportunity to get outdoors, breathe in some fresh air, embrace the elements and begin or end the week feeling uplifted. The Country Park is a 10 minute drive from Macclesfield station, and is also accessible by public transport: Bus 58 from Macclesfield Bus Station to Walker Barn, nr The Settler Dog. 𝐓𝐰𝐨 𝐮𝐩𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐬𝐞 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦: ● 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝟐𝟒 𝐍𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫: 8.30am (make the most of free parking until 10am!) ● 𝐅𝐫𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝟓 𝐃𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫: 1.30pm 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐰𝐚𝐥𝐤 𝐢𝐬 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐱 𝟑𝐤𝐦 and includes a little elevation. We will move at a gentle pace, with some guided breath practices, stories and nature's magic along the way. We will be outdoors for about an hour, then settle in for a brew at The Nose Coffee. 𝐑𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐥 𝐢𝐬 𝐚𝐧 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐝 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐪𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐞𝐝 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞-𝐁𝐚𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡 𝐅𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐟𝐮𝐥 𝐖𝐚𝐥𝐤 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐡𝐚𝐬 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐝 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐯𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐚𝐬 𝐚 𝐖𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐛𝐞𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐑𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐫. These mornings are open to all. Little ones and well-behaved dogs are welcome (free, no need to book) although please know the route isn't suitable for prams or wheelchairs. Cancellation Policy
For classes, courses, and workshops organised by Rise and Wild, you may cancel a booking 14 days or more before its start date and receive a refund. For cancellations within 14 days of the start date, a refund will not be available unless there is a waiting list and your booking can be transferred to another person. In the case of a booking being transferred, a full refund will be made. Rise and Wild reserves the right to cancel in the event of illness or exceptional circumstances that mean we are unable to offer the event as advertised, including if there are insufficient numbers booked for it to be commercially viable. In this case, a full refund will be offered. Thank you for your support.
