Wild Within Workshop

Come. We know a way, from the seen to the unseen. A path from the house you've lived in so long, to a garden that will take your breath away.      ~ Rumi  

Join me for a nourishing Sunday morning workshop and explore ways to find ease in the body, peace for the mind & a deeper connection to our inner nature. 

These workshops are an invitation to gather in a warm, welcoming and inclusive space for a calm and contemplative few hours together.

 

​We explore ways to root down and reconnect, practicing gentle yoga to reawaken ease and energy within. Experience the benefits, shared frequency and joy of mindful movement, supportive rest and chanting (or listening). 

​

Halfway through the morning, I pop the kettle on and share some sweet treats, before leaning into a conversation that encourages us to meet ourselves, one another and our relationship with nature. Words weave us closer to our own wildish lives and we'll have some fun with a reflective writing process.

​

All parts of the workshop are invitational and there's no need for any experience, come exactly as you are. Open to all ages 16+.

Workshops guided by Rachel

The heart of my work seeks the wisdom of earthly living, connection, communication, conservation, and a belief that we are meant to feel well in life. Rise and Wild grew from a longing to live and work differently, in rhythm and relationship with nature and nature's way. I practiced yoga for about ten years before embarking on an 18-month teacher training in 2019 to deepen my understanding of yoga, mindfulness and meditation, and how we can integrate these age-old teachings into modern-day living.
