Transformative Rest

Instead of asking, 'Have I worked hard enough to deserve rest?', I've started asking 'Have I rested enough to do my most loving, meaningful work?'

~ Nicola Jane Hobbs

Transformative Rest: Meet the Team

Rachel (Rise and Wild) and Kelly (Wild Apple Yoga) met on a relaxation retreat in North Yorkshire many moons ago. At the end of that weekend, they half-jokingly spoke about one day guiding a retreat together. That dream took root as their friendship grew, along with shared loves of food, wild landscapes and mindful movement. In 2019, they embarked on their 18-month yoga teacher training together and have supported one another since sharing classes, guiding retreats and experiences at Ashrams, community gatherings & workshops.
