Celebrating the Summer

Coming together for an afternoon at The Lovell Quinta Arboretum, under the uplifting energy of the sun, we will celebrate summer and all that is flourishing at this time of year.

A Saturday afternoon in nature, with forest bathing, yoga, community and cake

Time to nurture ourselves through guided nature connection practices, forest bathing and a gentle yet energising yoga class.

An opportunity to gather as a small and welcoming community, on and with the land, and celebrate all that is flourishing in the lead up to the Summer Solstice.

Come as you are and be guided by this time of year and the ever-present magic of our natural environment.

About the Lovell Quinta Arboretum:

A tranquil, hidden nature haven covering 28 acres created as a private 'garden' by Sir Bernard Lovell in the mid-1950s (he was best known for his telescope at nearby Jodrell Bank). His love for trees and plants is evident through the unusual mixture of species from far and wide, with champion trees too.

There are many nature nooks and crannys with tree-lined avenues, grassy walks and a large pond the family created as a feature. The Arboretum is a place filled with love and abundance.
